This is a picture of my new Takahashi BRC-250 OTA in its Scope Guard Case. I have yet to use it as it has been getting cleaned, serviced, collimated and generally checked out by Texas Nautical Repairs. All of the photographs to date have either been imaged with a Televue TV-102 or my Meade 8 inch LX200GPS.

Here is the BRC-250 on my Mountain Instruments MI-250 mount on the PierTech 3 pier. You can see it balanced in RA from the side (left) and behind (below). On the right is a close-up of the Losmandy Gemini computer system installed.

Here you can see the PierTech 3 fully extended. On the left it is looking at the pole and on the right it is looking due west over the opened roof. This demonstrates the visible west horizon.

This is a close-up view from the side of the imaging train. Right to left they are: SBIG ST-10SME CCD, SBIG CFW-10 color filter wheel, and Finger Lakes Instruments FLI DF2 remoter focuser.
